Due to interest in PDF Orders, our Shipping Policy has changed. PDF Orders have no shipping charges. Regular Print (hard copy) orders have a printing/shipping fee of $5.00 per item. International (hard copy) orders may be subject to an additional shipping surcharge which will be invoiced/billed separately. PDF Orders are normally processed within 24 hours.
